Locally elected supervisors and staff who guide the district’s work.

The district is governed by a board of locally elected, volunteer supervisors—landowners and community members who set priorities and steward the district’s programs on behalf of Gem County.

Build note — need from Leanne: the current supervisors’ names, officer titles (chair, vice-chair, etc.), associate supervisors, district staff, and a headshot + 1–2 sentence bio for each. I’ve set up six placeholder cards—add or remove to match the actual board.

Get Involved

Serve your community

Supervisors are elected to guide the district’s conservation work. If you care about the future of Gem County’s soil and water, consider running for the board or volunteering as an associate supervisor.

Board meetings are open to the public—everyone is welcome to attend.

Elections

How board elections work

Conservation district supervisors are elected positions governed by Idaho law. To learn about eligibility, terms, and how to file, contact the district office or the Idaho Soil & Water Conservation Commission.

Build note: Add election details (terms, zones/seats, next election date, how to file) for the current cycle.
